In addition to imaging services, Valley Radiologists operates a medical billing service for several radiology practices located in the greater Puget Sound region. The business office employs nearly 75 employees and is located in Federal Way.

Valley Radiologists also provides interpretations of thousands of imaging procedures a year for clinics, and medical practices located throughout south King County.
